Hello my hungry friends,

So if any of you follow me on Instagram, you might have noticed that I like to eat smoothie bowls! What a nutritious way to start off your day right???
 
Well I decided to start posting my smoothie bowl recipes up on the good ol blog for my readers to “pin” or bookmark for later use….plus I really just want to take a million pictures of all these bad boys. These have been so much fun making and are treated like a work of art in our home….right before they are devoured!

8 Vegan Smoothie Bowl Recipes

INGREDIENTS:


1 frozen banana
2 cups frozen cherries
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 Sambazon açai packets
1/2-1 cup coconut milk
optional: 1 scoop Almond pulp (left overs from homemade almond milk) 
 
Toppings:
Coconut yogurt 
Star cut Mango
Sliced Kiwi 
Coconut shreds

INGREDIENTS:


1 frozen banana
3-4 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup Sambazon açai juice
optional: 1 scoop Almond pulp (left overs from homemade almond milk) 
 
Toppings:
coconut yogurt + spirulina 
coconut yogurt 
mango
mulberries
blueberries
strawberries
kiwi
coconut shreds

INGREDIENTS:


1 frozen banana
2 celery stalks (cut in half for easier blending)
3 cups of frozen strawberries + 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp spirulina
2 cups flax milk
 
Toppings:
Kiwi 
Granola
Coconut shreds

INGREDIENTS:


1 frozen banana
1 handful of fresh spinach
2 -3 cups of frozen strawberries
1 cup coconut water
1 cup oat milk
1 tsp spirulina + 1 tsp chlorophyll
1 tsp flax seeds 
 
Toppings
sliced bananas
raspberries
shredded coconut
pomegranate seeds

INGREDIENTS:


1 frozen banana
4 veggie cubes (carrots, celery, cucumber, kale, and spinach all juiced and froze into ice cubes)
2 cups of frozen strawberries + 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp spirulina 
1 -2  Sambazon açai berry superfruit pack
2 cups flax milk
 
Toppings:
starred kiwis
granola
blueberries
coconut shreds

INGREDIENTS:


1 scoop of garden of life raw protein 

1 frozen banana
2 cups frozen blueberry/blackberry mixture
1-2 cups coconut milk
 
Toppings:
sliced strawberries
coconut smiles 

INGREDIENTS:


1 scoop of garden of life raw protein 

1 frozen banana
1 can of full fat coconut milk
2 cups of frozen mangos
1 tbsp of turmeric 
1 tbsp hemp seeds
 
Toppings:
1 can full fat coconut milk + 2 packs Sambazon açai berry super fruit
kiwi
mango
coconut flakes
mint leaves

INGREDIENTS:


1 scoop of garden of life raw protein 

1 frozen banana
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 -2 cups of frozen wild blueberries + 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
2 cups flax milk
1 tsp spirulina + 1 tsp chlorophyll 
 
Toppings:
sliced kiwis
shredded coconut
pomegranate seeds

Method: 


Blend all ingredients into blender (frozen items on top) until desired consistency. Use toppings to create your very own work of art.
