It’s been a week or so since I’ve last been able to blog and I am so sorry for making you wait! I recently started two jobs and have been extremely busy slash tired. Don’t worry I have been keeping up with my yoga routine though, I am sure you would all be proud of me. Not only have I been keeping up with my yoga & meditation, I’ve been advancing my knowledge in it as well. Remember when I posted my Chakra series a while ago? Well I found this awesome ebook, that essentially has that same information as well as a few other ways to balance each chakra. The writers of this ebook teamed up with Health Perch and created a beautiful introduction to your chakras, how to balance them & how to tell if they are closed.

There are many health benefits that go along with having open chakras. Being conscious of each one and carefully aligning them will also bring great happiness for you as well as those around you. Much like my higher vibrations post, when you are living in a higher frequency you’re more likely to help others around you attain a higher vibrational pattern as well as attract those who are already on the higher frequency. The law of attraction, as most know it as. What I love about this ebook is that it tells you the crystals, essential oils and multiple yoga poses to help open each one.
