How to Make Coconut Milk Whipped Cream {Vegan}

Hello my hungry friends,

Do you often experience a sweet tooth? If so what do you typically eat to resolve this problem?

Earlier this year I had cravings for chocolate, but that has passed and now my cravings are much more…well um….comforting I should say lol. Like delicious apple pie or some apple pumpkin muffins. With the colder seasons ahead, my body has been craving these warm and cheery treats! But sometimes, there needs to be…dare I say it…..more!

Yes, that apple pie is great but you know what would make it a bit more delicious? Whipped cream, or even semi frozen whipped cream! But the thing about whipped cream is that it’s highly processed and filled with HFCS and nurotoxins such as carrageenan. Did you know that there is a very simple way to make your very own whipped cream?? Using only 3 ingredients?!?! This whipped cream goes great on top of all hot and warm treats, but my favorite is on our waffles!

How to Make Coconut Milk Whipped Cream {Vegan}

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Open coconut cans and set aside the liquid half while scooping out the thick white fatter part into your mixing bowl.
  2. Using an electric mixer, mix your coconut cream on high for about 1 minute
  3. Once cream is breaking down add maple syrup and vanilla.
  4. Mix until consistency matches that of whipped cream, try not to stop as soon as it gets to that consistency otherwise it will change into a gritty texture.
  5. Place in container and store in fridge immediately or top onto your favorite dish!
