Top 10 favorite Oatmeal recipes

by | Jan 1, 2014 | Breakfast, Vegetarian Recipes

Hello my hungry friends,

Wow so it’s been one of those days where Ava just did not want to take a nap. She was not even a grumpy tired baby or anything…finally around 6 she passed out & on to making dinner I went!

After dinner my darling woke up & said goodbye to her papa & uncle mackie. The skatepark was calling them!! I decided to stay home and have a girls night with Ava & Shane’s aunt. (It’s her last night in town & I will miss her dearly) but before I start veering off, let’s talk about my recipe for today!!

Earlier today I decided I was going to blog about oatmeal. One of my favorite meals for breakfast, not only does it contain a waaay higher amount of vitamins and minerals than your go to cereal

  • fiber
  • magnesium
  • phosphorus
  • selenium
  • zinc

They also contain antioxidants as well. Oats are rich in manganese, which assists your body to use nutrients like;

  • ascorbic acid
  • biotin
  • choline
  • thiamin
  • and more.

Oats help in lowering your cholesterol, help fight against diseases (i.e. cancers, heart disease & obesity), and as I mentioned earlier are high in fiber which helps with digestion. My favorite health fact, is that it helps increase immunity!!  ❤ ❤ ❤ So with all these health benefits and much more, I decided I would love to share my top ten favorite ways to make/eat for all of you to enjoy as well!! So let’s get started…
